# Transferring Files

1. To access the file management on your portal, first click on the top left icon with your initials and select the `Adminsitration` tab.

2\. You will be presented with a number of icons on the left hand side, click on the file icon. This is where you will see any files that you have/the tester has uploaded to your portal.&#x20;

3\. To upload files, click the `Upload a File` button.&#x20;

4\. You will be presented with the drop down window where you can choose a file to upload along with the name and desription you want to give the file within the portal:&#x20;

5\. Once you click the `Upload` button, you will see the file in the File Management main page. Whenever any files are uploaded to the portal, they will be automatically scanned with Anti-Virus to make sure the file is not malicious:&#x20;

6\. If you hover over the File Name, you can view more details about the file including the description added when uploading:&#x20;

7\. Once the file has passed the AV scan, it will be available for download for both the client and the testers assigned to the client testing.&#x20;
