Transferring Files
To access the file management on your portal, first click on the top left icon with your initials and select the
Adminsitration
tab.

2. You will be presented with a number of icons on the left hand side, click on the file icon. This is where you will see any files that you have/the tester has uploaded to your portal.

3. To upload files, click the Upload a File
button.

4. You will be presented with the drop down window where you can choose a file to upload along with the name and desription you want to give the file within the portal:

5. Once you click the Upload
button, you will see the file in the File Management main page. Whenever any files are uploaded to the portal, they will be automatically scanned with Anti-Virus to make sure the file is not malicious:

6. If you hover over the File Name, you can view more details about the file including the description added when uploading:

7. Once the file has passed the AV scan, it will be available for download for both the client and the testers assigned to the client testing.
