The process to cancel a pen-test is really straight-forward. From the main portal page you will see the tests you have booked located under the SCHEDULED heading:
Select the test you want to cancel and a new window will pop up, with the option to Cancel test:
2. Click the Cancel test button and confirm you do want to cancel the test:
3. You will see the message that your pen-test has been cancelled:
