Issue Statuses

1. To view the issue status of each of the findings from a test from the main portal page, find the Completed section and select the test you want to view by clicking the view Details button:

2. From the completed test summary page, you will see the findings section which contains a column called Status:

You will see one of three statuses:

• Open - Finding identified and reported during pen-test

• Under Retest - Client has requested a retest of the finding

• Resolved - Retest has been completed and issue has been resolved
