Re-Testing an Issue

1. To retest a particular finding from the penetration test, on the main portal page, In the Quick Actions section, click the Retest Something button:

2. A pop out window will now be displayed, called Book a Finding Restest. From here you need to choose the test that contains the finding you want to restest, once chosen, click next:

3. You will now see all of the findings from the penetration test. You can select the specific finding you wish to retest by ticking the box next to the finding:

Note - The cost of re-testing a finding is free for 1 week from the date of the test finishing, after 1 week, each finding you require re-testing incurs a cost of £62.50

4. Once you have selected the finding you want re-testing, the next step is to confirm the retest, once you are happy with the summary provided, click the Confirm button:

5. You have now booked the finding retest!
