# Re-testing an issue

## Re-Testing an Issue

1. To retest a particular finding from the penetration test, on the main portal page, In the `Quick Actions` section, click the `Retest Something` button:

2\. A pop out window will now be displayed, called `Book a Finding Restest`. From here you need to choose the test that contains the finding you want to restest, once chosen, click next:

3\. You will now see all of the findings from the penetration test. You can select the specific finding you wish to retest by ticking the box next to the finding:

**Note** - The cost of re-testing a finding is free for 1 week from the date of the test finishing, after 1 week, each finding you require re-testing incurs a cost of £62.50

4\. Once you have selected the finding you want re-testing, the next step is to confirm the retest, once you are happy with the summary provided, click the Confirm button:

5\. You have now booked the finding retest!
